Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. The Pro Card was granted a year later at the age of the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. She won her Professional Card just one year later when she was 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further the education. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance, she continued competing for many years and set new goals every year. At the end 2009, she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place at the Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. The show saw her finish at third. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and was crowned 6th place, in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. It's no surprise that she was able to place so high, considering the competition. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to exercise includes her lower back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. First, she warms up and then moves on to working out. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. She would do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be light weight day as well as the second heavier weight day.
