Sofia and Ann

Sofia Pernas was born in Morocco. She came to California at the age of five. She was raised mainly living in Orange County. She received her big break acting after graduating from University of California San Diego, in 2015. Pernas had small roles on NCIS and Leverage. She then landed the role as Marisa at The Young and the Restless. Following her departure from the soap opera, the actress landed the role of Catalina in Jane the Virgin. The model who speaks four languages has been seen on The Brave, The Green Ghost and Secret Society of Second Born Royals. The actress played Lexi Vaziri on Blood & Treasure between the years of 2019 and 2020. Us Weekly confirmed that Pernas and Justin Hartley were dating in May of 2020. The relationship began following the This Is Us star split with her wife Chrishell Stause November 2019. Pernas Hartley was married in secret with Pernas in May 2021.
